We have dedicated dates sorting, washing, and packaging lines and state-of-the-art date paste and date syrup production lines. Our range of packaging varies from bulk 1300kg IBC tanks to 50g thermoform packs. Given our rapidly-increasing production capacity and advanced technology, we can cater to our individual client s needs and requirements. One of our key strengths at Al Barakah Dates Factory is our capacity to store more than 40,000 metric tons of dates in our cold stores, enabling us to retain the freshness of our dates throughout the season. CHOPPED DATES Our Chopped Dates are a natural and highly nutritious ingredient for the confectionery and bakery industries. They can also be consumed directly and mixed with other ingredients as a healthy snack. Completely machine processed from start to finish of the production process with absolutely no human touch, our Chopped Dates are completely free from foreign material or pit fragments. They are lightly coated with rice flour to prevent from sticking together.
